With this new Damned line up in the early/mid 1990’s Scabies and Kris Dollimore recruited bass player Moose (previously with New Model Army), they eventually persuaded Vanian to join and this line up was born and so was the Album…

This new (fan dividing) line up played a BBC Radio 1 session in November 1993, and then played a small UK tour that was well received even without Captain. Gigs followed in the U.S. and Japan.

This line ups recordings had built a cult following over in Japan.

Following a strong positive reation to this new material at the gigs in Japan, Toshiba offered the group the lolly to record it as an album.

They Recorded in the late Connie Plank’s studio in Germany, before additional tracks were tinkered with (mastered or whatever) at the Stoneroom Studio back in the U.K.
